In television when they have nothing creative to do they put together a clip-show. So since today I’m still fighting through another ear infection and I can’t think clearly (like I ever could), I’m going to share some of the links I’ve been collecting that are not quite what I would add to the website all the time, but interesting none the less. . .

I really enjoy your articles. I find them to contain a wealth of knowledge and I print most of the information to fill my nightstand. Thanks for taking the time and effort to produce such meaningful stuff in such a foolish time in the history of mankind

Not too sure “meaninful” is’nt a bit of an overstatment, but I’ll take it.
You know what Aeschylus said, “It is a profitable thing, if one is wise, to seem foolish.” So maybe history will see us as “wise”.
I’ve got lots of relatives in Michigan & it was fun to look at the Sleeping Bear Dunes site – I’ve enjoyed my trips there so much.
Never paddled there though. Like to do that sometime.
