With her amazing speed, kayak maniac Adriene Levknecht let hot doggers Alex Pak and Simon Osborne know they had a bit more work to do! She again won the WMCKA speed rolling contest with 11 rolls in 20 seconds. But then Alex and his Greenland stick should get a few style points!

Yeah Adriene was awesome. I was in awe at her speed with the standard roll. Of course, I’ll practice that repeating storm roll and hopefully have a better showing next year.

Well what can i say. Quite the weekend. I am happy to have lost at the roll comp but i too will be putting in some practice. Not sure how i can get another two rolls in though. Just got back and so will update the kayakingforcancer.co.uk blog later today. May have to select the photos carefully!!!!
