You-Tuesday No. 1

So what’s going on in kayaking over at You-Tube? Well, there’s this. . . YIKES!!!!!

Ok Experts, what did this guy do wrong? That second boat coming in over the top seemed a bit sketchy. Then in the end, it looks like 2 guys in the water and only one coming out. . . Where’s the other guy? Interesting clip.

So, it might be interesting to take Tuesdays and feature a YouTube kayak clip. There’s like a billion to sort through but it looks like some could be interesting. If you’ve got a video clip you’d like to share, just let me know and we’ll see about featuring them on Tuesdays.

Happy Christmas.

Why did they throw the paddle? I’ve looked at it a couple of times, and it definately looks like they just fling it.

holy crap that’s a beatdown. good thing he had a good crew around him.

paddlers throw their paddles when going over waterfalls for fun and to show off. unfortunately for the paddler, he didn’t appear to have a hand roll and got dragged into a pretty mean hole. the guy being rescued downstream was the guy getting beat down originally. i think the would be rescuer who swam was rescued off screen by the guy jumping down the waterfall who has probably tied himself to a rope.
