all going on down there
High up above or down below
When you’re too in love to let it go
But if you never try you’ll never know
Just what you’re worth

Well, it certainly is busy around Australia these days. Andrew McAuley is holding his breath and waiting for a good weather window to make his second attempt to cross the Tasman Sea from Tasmania to New Zealand. To the north the guys with Race Recon are getting 400 bags packed and taking care of the last little fiddly bits as James & Justin make their attempt to “Cross The Ditch” just 3 days from now. ( a bit less than that our time. . .). It’s got to be surreal for those guys. One minute they’ll be talking to the media and hearing well wishes coming in a myriad voices mixed with last minute instructions they’ll probably forget. Great Times! Meanwhile too, Sandy Robson is trucking along the southern coast of Australia. Right about now she’s passing the southern most bit without jumping into the Bass Strait. (Save that for Justine) Of course You can track Sandy’s progress right here and read her journal reports here.
Lights will guide you home
And ignite your bones
And I will try to fix you
And ignite your bones
And I will try to fix you
Watched “Sybil” last night. . . . think I dated her once. . . On the other hand I’ve been told I’m attracted to tragic cases like a bug to a flame. . . Me? Never!
