Stand in the place where you live
Now face North
Think about direction
Wonder why you haven’t before
Now stand in the place where you work
Now face West
Think about the place where you live

Well, look at who you’re talking to? Of course when I dream of paddling an Alaw Bach, I also wonder how easy it will be to stand on. :) Well, here’s Aled Williams co-owner of Rockpool Kayaks demonstrating the “in cockpit” version. Of course next is he’s got to put that paddle under the bungies and then stand on the back deck facing the tail of the boat. That’ll tell the story. :) The risk in this tomfoolery is that you may be killed or otherwise damaged in some way that might take the joy out of kayaking and making it impossible to play your favorite board games.

This picture of course brings up another interesting thought. You’ll notice another “woman in black” there, Gemma Rawlings. Suddenly I found myself wondering something very strange. I wondered this way; “Whose back view has been photographed more, Gemma or Freya Hoffmeister?”. Interesting quandary. Be careful with your answer. . . :)

Well, we’ll get to see all these guys frontsides & backsides soon enough in This Is The Sea 3. I know one thing, If I see a shot of Gemma smiling, I’m going to hit pause for awhile. . . If I see a shot of Aled smiling. . Well, I won’t hit pause, but that’ll be ok too. :)
