Sorry, it’s early! Yesterday I added a whole bunch of new kayaker’s blogs to my BIG BOOK OF KAYAK BLOGS page. There are quite few nice ones out there that I hadn’t seen before. Thanks for to you guys for sending me your new links as well. Certainly made it much easier to update the list. Sure, I know what you’re thinking. . . add them now, right when spring is here and we’re all out paddling again! Sorry. 
You will see too that I’ve updated the side bar to the right. Hopefully cleaned it up a bit. I’ve removed all the "archive by date" nonsense and replaced it with a by "label" list. This should make it much easier to find subjects you are looking for. Yes, some past blogs are in multiple categories. I’m not sure I like the Blogger "Label" plan all that well. As you’ll notice those pages can take some time to load. Still it’s better than the other options.
And speaking of updates, there are a couple new posts to the "Chasing The Ana" blog as well. Taino finally logged in to do his first team post and I talk about why a "Blackberry" is coming along.
This morning it’s eerily dead calm outside and yet the wind is racing from due south. I can see a distant flag standing straight out and yet there is no sound. The broken clouds of last night’s tornadic storms are busting north at amazing speeds. Still everything is silent. Very unique.

Derrick — Whenever I do a websearch for something kayak related, such as the Anas Acuta, or, geez, there was something I searched a couple days ago that was even more esoteric but I forget now… oh, yeah, I was researching the Impex Outer Island, and you tested one for like two minutes. Anyhow, you have some much neat info in your web archives, you ever consider a search engine within your site. Even Pnet, I see, has a search linked with Google now. Maybe it’s here and I just don;t see it, but it’d be nice if your website, now with, what, 203 years worth of info, had it’s own search feature. Thanks. CD1
Like the improvements, however, you may wish to check the spelling of catEgory on the side bar!……….once a teacher always a teacher;-)
Hey CD, I was laughing!! I’d like to come up with a way to have a decent search actually. Something I’ll work on. I can see people still finding the blog searching for “Britney spears without underwear” Go figure. LOL!!
