In the end, this is what it’s all about. This is Maria Monseratte Medina doing her perfect kayak headstand. Maria is 16 and lives in San Sebastián, Puerto Rico about as far from the Sea Kayaking "world" as one could get. Maria of course saw "This Is The Sea 3" recently and was quite inspired by Freya Hoffmeister. Maria is a hard working, focused young woman and I’m happy to introduce you to her here. Now we just have to get her in a sea kayak. . . soon enough I reckon. 
Meanwhile in Australia. . . I finally get the chance to accuse Justine Curgenven of just "phoning it in", well, her podcasts anyway. She & Alun Hughes launched out on her Bass Strait crossing around 10:30pm our time, or bright and early in OZ. Check out her latest Podcast Here.
