I cannot tell you how many sales clinics I have presented where every time I said "shaft", there was that one guy who was stuck in proverbial puberty, that would giggle in a very Beavis & Butthead manner mumbling, "She said shaft". At which point I would stop and say, "Okay, let's all say 'shaft' as many times as we can so we can all get it out of our system." <br/><br/>You were that guy, weren't you?
