I am feeling the same anticipation for you as I felt when I went to collect my own Alaw :-) It was wonderful to unwrap it and see it for the first time. Enjoy!!

Starting to sound like "Chasing the Alaw" should be the name of this trip. Can't wait to see and hopefully try out the kayak at some point and of course watch your progress around PRl

Oh yeah, forgot to mention. My ICOM IC-M72 VHF radio 'died' last week. Got it 'on' again (cleaned dirty battery contacts), but now it refuses to go 'off' completely. Strange... It says "SUBMERSIBLE PLUS". It came with a three year warranty on waterproofness. I will take it to the 'doctor' for a diagnose.

Derrick, have a great time chasing the Ana! I am off-line for about a week or two (heading for Sweden, leaving my laptop computer at home). Just found out that Sweden does not have Euro currency. Does Puerto Rico have US Dollar currency? Safe travels!
