2nd Annual Deception Pass Dash

Steve Weileman of Xexplore.com sent me a link to a nice video he put together from the 2nd Annual Deception Pass Dash. This 5 mile open water race was held on December 2nd. Paddlers begin at Bowman Bay in Deception Pass. From there they head southwest to to round Deception Island, then cross the pass, to round Strawberry Island. From there they head west through canoe pass, back to Deception Island, go round the other way, then head back to Bowman Bay. Make sense? Thought so! This years winner was Don Kiesling who paddled an Epic V10L. Congratulations Don!
