Now here’s one way to catch a buzz that won’t come up later when you run for president. Kayacht brings us electric kayaks, plans and kits to soup up our boats and take the effort out of kayaking. Might be a bit tricky getting that skirt off and rolling would be interesting to say the least! Of course skirts and rolling are not part of the plan when you kit out your kayak with an electric trolling motor. Visit their website for more.

I am so getting one of those ASAP. It would save me so many comments from locals wherever I find myself launching from. “Where’s the motor on that thing”, “couldn’t use that thing, aint got no motor” “aint got no place in it to have sex in” and on and on. I haven’t checked out the website yet (have to see how much I have in my checking account first) Seems like launching and landing in surf might be a bitch but I think it’ll be worth it. The idea of battery acid dripping down my back just makes it sound better. Now I’ll be able to keep up with the big boys.

Okay, I just had to come back after checking out the website, now I’m sold like never before. “closer to wildlife than you ever imagined!” “Explore like never before!” This thing is going to change my life!
Now if I could just find a way to attach a motor to my X-C skies?
