Having met Bryan and knowing and experiencing his enthusiasm for the sport I actually hear his vibrant voice inside my head when he is answering the questions. Great DVD and great interview!

“We are really looking to step it up even further with this one and develop the story line around the Atlantic’s strong history. It will move away from the travel log style of film that Pacific Horizons and TITS have utilized and be a more complete story from start to finish,” says Bryan. I agree wholeheartedly. As a Pac Horizons DVD owner myself, havcing watched your fiilm at least four times (two werethe directcor’s nrration–stupendous), I think you are on the right track, Bryan, in adding a story line. Sort of like the highest moment in TITS, when the newbie Russian paddler went in a sea kayak for the first time, only to get throttled by waves, and then taken by a Russian tank to the military base for questioning. High theater! I wish you the best as you film in the notheast. I am a New Englander and know that you will find great sea kayaking in New England, such as Perkins Cove by Ogunquit.
