Rockpool North America

Man, I hate it when I get scooped!  LOL!  Not really!  As I always say, “We’re all in this together!”  I had talked to Mike Web via email awhile ago when he was working out a deal with Chris Mitchell to bring production of Rockpool Kayaks to the states but at the time it was not set in stone. Chris is also the distributer for Reed here in the states as well. At the time it was not quite a done deal.  Well Stan at Kayak Dreamin’ got the news and posted it a couple days ago.  According to Chris the prices will come in between $3100-$3400.  Read More Here.  By the way, the new fancy website is up as well.  Oh, and happy birthday Stan!

  • Sorry about that Derrick, but I believe you long ago scooped that story when you brought your boat to North America. A sweat lookin’ boat it is too. If you monitor who hits your site when I was researching the boats your site must of been flashin’ like a beacon. lol. Thanks fo the B day wishes.

LOL! Yeah, for awhile I think there were maybe 3 Rockpool boats in North America. It will be interesting to see how they do over here. Having them made in the states will certainly keep them generally competitive price-wise. Especially when each one is made to order.
