Fiords of Patagonia
Pure, Chile, is your blue sky;
Pure breezes flow across you as well.
And your flower-embroidered field
Is a happy copy of Eden .

In November of 2008, 3 Israeli paddlers will be trekking south to Patagonia, Chile to explore the fiords of Patagonia from north to south. Yosale, Roy & On will start out from the city of Puerto Montt and paddle south along the Chiloe Island, through Sand Rafael glacier and into the southern Patagonia Fiords. The goal is to land in Punta Arenas at the south of the Magellan Strait covering over 2000 Km in two and a half months. Weather support will be provided by our good friend Karel Vissel “Weatherman to the stars!!“
) At the moment the guys don’t have a website up, but they will before the trip and I’ll pass that along when I get it. I’ll also have the chance to talk to the guys at the Symposium right before they leave so I’ll let you know how they’re doing right before they leave. More on that later.
