Screaming through the silence

A space ship hits the warp and suddenly there is blast of light and a roaring noise that suggests the universe will explode at any second. A final flash of blinding light fills the scene then comes the blast of silence. The speed barrier has been broken and now you’re traveling smoothly, quietly, screaming through the silence.
