Meanwhile in Patagonia

Seep right through

The holidays are important to us for many different reasons. Yet what we all share in them is that they are a centering moment for us and our families. They help us to stay grounded and touch what is most important in our lives. The best wish we can give in our diverse world is that these days are as enjoyable and meaningful as each one of us hope they will be. And if you are spending the holidays far from home, remember you are in the hearts of all those whose lives you have touched.

I’ve been following along with the regular posts from Patagonia where our friends from Israel; Roy, On, & Yosale have been taking in the amazing experience of exploring the world by kayak. It sounds like they are having a great time and learning more about our crazy world each day. Even those of us who are following along with such expeditions at home are learning along the way. In fact, thanks to the guys in Patagonia I now realize why I suffer vision problems!

So to Yosale, Roy & On, enjoy your holiday wherever you find yourself to be. Be safe, Be well, and enjoy the fish!

I want this guy’s hat. It looks like it would provide good protection against the sun and possibly some rain protection. The wide chin strap suggests it won’t come off in a wind or as a result of a roll.

Any idea who makes this hat? I can’t make out any familiar logo from the photo.

The hat is by a company called Sunday Afternoons, but I dont know about the wide strap, havent seen anything like that till now.look them up on the net.
