If you are wondering what’s happening to the folks paddling around the Falklands you may have to do a bit of digging. Tom and Fiona seem to be taking on the weather in good spirits. They are posting nicely detailed reports on their blog when they find online access. Apparently they won’t have to worry too much about food. Kelp is good for you after all! Which reminds me, I had an old story about Fiona to share but I’m told that if tell you I could wind up with an atomic wedgie. . . So we’ll move on. .

Chris, Richy & Tim [UPDATED] have their trip reports posted here. (Thanks Justine!!)  Meanwhile I’ve been playing the Where’s Marcus board game here at home. So how’s he doing? Well, you have to turn to MercoPress’s Weekly Penguin News Update!! According to their Jan 23rd newsletter everyone has faced some weather delays however they tell us Marcus has been hardcore and paddled in some horrific weather with the goal of completing his circumnavigation in the fastest possible time.
