So I was thinking… “I haven’t tried a headstand in the P&H Scorpio yet.” Given the Scorpio/Cetus stability it certainly should be easier than in some kayaks. On the other hand the higher volume and deep, deep, deep, cockpit of the Scorpio makes bracing on the water less practical or predictable than in a low volume skin boat.

I’m working on a follow up to the Scorpio article that I wrote when we first bought the green bean. I will be posting that in a couple days.  While there are a lot of good things to say about this boat, there are a couple issues that have cropped up. Stay tuned.
