If not, I guess all the grumbling about the dinosaur-like pace of the new BCU has finally gained enough steam for someone to do something about it.

Still, a little ridiculous.  We are all parts of the same elephant, there is really no need for a new certification system.  BCU, ACA, Paddle Canada, the Martian sea kayakers association whatever.   They are all good, all have their particular strengths and weaknesses.</description>
