On the guiding side on the north shore, I'd have to plunk down $300,000+ to get a building anywhere near Lake Superior's shore, so it makes much more sense for me to meet up with my customers and launch from wherever we meet. That also gives me flexibility to easily guide different parts of the shoreline as I'm not tied to one building. So, I think that the idea that the ability advertisement should be tied to floor space is bunk. For the outdoor pro, the woods is your office space.
